Revere Osmosis Pre-Treatment
The basic pretreatment package that includes disinfection, 30um filtration and duplex water softeners. Fully automatic with flow sensors and volumetric regeneration settings pre-set to water hardness condition.
Sterilisable Carbon Filter
Sterilisable upto 80 deg C Carbon Filter either by Steam or Hot Water. Vessel in stainless steel with jacket. Includes multi-port steel valve with rotatable auto backwash controller and temperature sensor.
Heated Stainless Steel Water Tank
Stainless steel sterile tank for product water or circulation tank. Mechanical or electro-polished with RA down to 0.2. Jacketed with either electrical or steam-heated.
Pure Water Systems & Distribution Loop Systems
Skid Mounted Pure Water Systems that are hot water sterilize-able or cold chemical clean including Distribution Loop Control Systems. These includes stainless steel 3/6L EP, PVDF and PP pipework, instruments & controls, and validation packages.
